Ready to do something good for yourself?
Cammy is from Huntington Beach, CA. There she studied jazz, tap, and ballet at Orange County Dance Center from the age of four until the age of fifteen. Cammy moved to Brainerd, MN, where she danced with Just for Kix. In high school, she was captain of her dance team the (Brainerd Kixters), where she received the MVP (Most Valuable Player) award, in her senior year. With her extensive dance background, she became a teacher for the Just For Kix studio in MN where she taught ballet, jazz, hip hop and tap. Following this, she traveled around the Mid-West for two summers and taught Just For Kix dance camps and choreographed many dance numbers.
When Cammy wasn’t teaching dance at the studio, she worked at a gym teaching aerobics and stretching classes. She continued her love for ballet by studying with the Stroia Ballet Company in Minnesota, where she danced many roles in The Nutcracker, Gisele, and others. Cammy has always incorporated the importance of proper stretching and warm-ups into any type of dance or aerobic endeavors. She knows the importance of training and warming up the muscles in order to develop strength throughout the body and prevent injury.
She then moved to Florida and was introduced to trampoline aerobics. Cammy knew this was a venue where she could combine her love of athletics and dance. Cammy and family moved again in 2012 to Greenville, SC. There she worked for a Trampoline park for two and a half years creating workout routines to fit any age and fitness level. Cammy and family then moved to Arizona last summer in 2016. With the new trampoline park open, Cammy is excited to start teaching again here at Elevate Trampoline Park.
